4 simple ingredients, takes less than 20 minutes to prepare.

Rinse & cook quinoa
It’s found in the rice and grain Isle.

Cook a cup of southwest blend with and additional cup of rinsed black beans on stove top for about 10 minutes or warm throughout.

I added half a cup of pineapple mango salsa to the top.

I LOVE avocados so I find every excuse to add them to my meals!
